I'm settling in wonderfully at home. I absolutely love that I have Mom and Dad to wait on me all the time now. I make one little squawk and find myself in Mom and Dad's arms less than a minute later...just like I like it. I'm a smart cookie, you know.

Home At Last! 2/17

After 36 days cooped up at the hospital, I'm finally a free girl!!! Mom and Dad are so relieved and excited to have me home safe and all to their own. My final weigh in at the hospital was 5lbs, 8.5oz. I slept a whole lot the rest of the day, but when the sun went down I didn't want to go back to bed. I was too interested in scoping out the new place. I'm so glad to finally be home!

Slumber Party, 2/16

Saturday night was my last night in the hospital. Mom and Dad both came to stay with me. We got to have our own room, and it was a blast having my very first family slumber party. There really wasn't too much slumbering going on though...I get changed and fed every two hours, so that doesn't leave much room for long, deep sleep for Mom and Dad. I was a very well behaved girl. I didn't want anything to keep me from going home!!!
